As a Senior Product Designer, you will take ownership of setting up and operationalizing a design system for a globally renowned company. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for delivering high-priority projects that create meaningful value.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to gather needs and requirements
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in setting up and operationalizing a design system
- Inspire clients with innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Transform data into actionable insights highlighting design opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative agency environment
- An eye for detail across a digital experience
- Excessive knowledge with large design systems
- Experience working and leading product development with large teams
Key Skills
- UI/UX design
- Design systems
- Prototyping tools, such as Figma, Principle, Framer, or After Effects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
