Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for CoinTracker products
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements
- Mentor junior members of the design team
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs
- Utilize user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to drive business impact
- Mission alignment with the company's goals
- Trust and strong communication skills
Key Skills
