The Staff Product Designer will conduct audits to gather use cases and UX patterns, create reusable component definitions, and ensure alignment and adoption of design components. They will also enhance the design system based on user feedback and advocate for its value within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conducting audits to gather use cases and UX patterns across digital products
- Creating reusable component and pattern definitions that can support a diverse range of use cases
- Working collaboratively with teams to ensure alignment and adoption of a consistent set of components and patterns
- Crafting component and pattern usage guidelines
Requirements
- 7+ years as a designer, with preferably 2+ years of experience maintaining a design system
- A portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of product design, craftsmanship, and innovative solutions from conception to launch
- Strong UI design skills with proficiency in Figma
Key Skills
- Experience with design tools and software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
