Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead design projects and collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement features. They will also conduct user research and validate designs to ensure a user-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Playing a critical role in bringing design thinking and a user-centric perspective to the product development process
• Leading design projects of significant complexity and scope
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering to bring features from ideation to implementation
• Communicating design decisions and thinking clearly, and helping to build consensus amongst stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience, ideally at a B2B company or startup
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and Figma
• Experience with maintaining and contributing to design systems
• Portfolio that demonstrates user-focused thinking to create prototypes and high-fidelity designs
