Senior Product Designer
Coast • New York, United States of America 🇺🇸
The Senior Product Designer will lead design projects and collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement features. They will also conduct user research and validate designs to ensure a user-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Playing a critical role in bringing design thinking and a user-centric perspective to the product development process
- Leading design projects of significant complexity and scope
- Collaborating closely with product and engineering to bring features from ideation to implementation
- Communicating design decisions and thinking clearly, and helping to build consensus amongst stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience, ideally at a B2B company or startup
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and Figma
- Experience with maintaining and contributing to design systems
- Portfolio that demonstrates user-focused thinking to create prototypes and high-fidelity designs
Key Skills
- Experience with design tools and software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
