Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own product and design initiatives from end to end, crafting meaningful experiences that reflect TruckSmarter's values. You will work cross-functionally with the team to shape the product from strategy to execution and future iterations.
Responsibilities
- Owning product and design initiatives from end to end
- Crafting meaningful experiences that are engaging, thoughtful, and reflect the company's values
- Working cross-functionally with the team to shape the product from strategy, definition to execution, validation, and future iterations
- Producing high-quality work from wireframes and user flows to pixel-perfect design with delightful interactions
- Empathizing with the user and being an advocate for user experience
Requirements
- 4+ years experience
- Practicing empathy and understanding how designs will impact users
- Being a problem solver who loves a challenge
- Not holding biases too closely and understanding when to compromise
- Working well in a collaborative environment and being willing to show work frequently
Key Skills
- Experience with design tools and software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
