Senior Product Designer (Coupang Eats)

The Senior Product Designer will work on top priority projects for Coupang Eats, collaborating closely with stakeholders and senior leadership to bring their vision and ideas to life. They will also be responsible for solving user problems in a way that positively impacts Coupang’s business.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partner – partnering closely with Product Owners as well as engineers, marketers, legal, and HR to help to define our strategic approach, identify customer problems, and weigh tradeoffs
• Hands on product designer and creative leader – exemplifying thoughtful process, refined design, and a customer-centric perspective when solving design problems
• Holistic problem solver – thinking systematically and using both intuition and evidence to find solutions to customer problems

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering high quality designs
• Closely partnered with Product Owners & leadership team to develop strategy and rationale for large and complex features, projects, or programs
• Collaborated with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment, fast paced start up environment
• Track record of using data and quantitative research methodologies to inform decision making across the entire product design process/lifecycle
• Domain knowledge of e-commerce and understanding of the complexities of a marketplace
• Portfolio demonstrating your work with at least 1 product / design that was released to users with an understanding of target users, user journey and visual design skills
