The Senior Product Designer will synthesize needs from various teams into comprehensive design deliverables and work through design problems from beginning to end. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define initiatives and create thoughtful solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables
- Work through design problems from beginning to end: translating qualitative or quantitative insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features
- Support the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, and evaluative research
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields
- Experience designing complex products related to fintech, crypto, trading, web3 etc. with demonstrated ability in solving problems from scratch
- Passionate about CeFi, trading with a solid understanding of the crypto ecosystem
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions
