The Product Designer will collaborate with business and product departments to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. They will conduct user analysis and propose design solutions through wireframes and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Understanding User and Business Needs: Collaborate with business and product departments to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
- User-Centric Approach: Conduct a thorough analysis of user context, motivations, and emotional states to inform the design process
- Iterative Design Process: Propose and develop various design approaches and ideas through wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces
- Design scalability: help develop Constructor's design system and build your design solutions using our component library
- Team Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, constantly improving design processes and procedures
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Present design concepts and ideas to internal and external stakeholders
- Dig into complex product issues reported by customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Art or related fields, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 or more years of UX/UI or Product Design experience in product companies
- You've designed and launched products with market traction
- You've redesigned or improved experiences of live products
- English language knowledge - technical (at least B1-B2 level)
