The Senior Product Designer will analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points and create elegant solutions. They will take full ownership of their work from ideation to design QA and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers.
Responsibilities
- Deeply analyse customers and business problems to identify the pain points
- Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to problems
- Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots
- Present your design work and articulate your design decisions
- Update the acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work
- Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release
Requirements
- Passionate about design
- Able to learn fast
- Experienced working in fast pace environment
- Experienced in end to end product design for web and app for at least 5 years
- Strong B2B experience
- Strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI
- Experienced in design systems
