Principal Associate, Cyber UX Designer and Product Owner

The Principal Associate will design cybersecurity solutions and drive product vision into development teams. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable features and improve cyber capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Clearly articulate and advocate target persona, customer benefit, and value of features across teams
- Leverage technical knowledge and skills on how systems work and how code is built to develop new UX designs
- Utilize strong customer research and insights following best practices design patterns to represent the voice of the customer to the engineering team(s)
- Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design
- Plan and conduct user interviews to understand pain points, needs, and behaviors
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of experience in UX and UI design building new applications
- At least 3 years of experience conducting user interviews
- At least 2 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology
- At least 1 year of experience in digital product management
Key Skills
- Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in UX design and systems engineering
- Strong customer research and insights skills
- Ability to leverage design thinking and analytics to inform product design
