Product Designer, Mulesoft

The role involves working closely with product owners, designers, engineers, and user research to understand user needs and deliver designs. Responsibilities also include creating inclusive designs and advocating for accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product owners, designers, engineers, and user research to understand users and business requirements
• Prepare and deliver documentation, reviews, and presentations
• Serve as a bridge connecting design, product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide and/or design system
• Generate detailed final design specs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing and delivering products
• Solid understanding of user-centered design methods
• Demonstrated desire to continually improve through feedback
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communication and active listening skills
