Responsibilities
- Work closely with product owners, designers, engineers, and user research to understand users and business requirements
- Prepare and deliver documentation, reviews, and presentations
- Serve as a bridge connecting design, product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide and/or design system
- Generate detailed final design specs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience designing and delivering products
- Solid understanding of user-centered design methods
- Demonstrated desire to continually improve through feedback
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and active listening skills
