Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will create an excellent end-user interaction and overall experience for users navigating web-based applications and websites. They will collaborate with various teams to understand user needs and project goals, conduct user research, and present designs for feedback.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers, Developers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to understand user needs, project goals, and business requirements
- Partner in user research studies and evaluation of user feedback
- Create consistent, comprehensive, and functional wireframes or prototypes
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product leadership roles
- Experience with a focus on either Accounting, Aggregation of Investment Portfolio Data, Reporting, or other complimentary solutions / services
- History of successfully mentoring a product / specialist team
- Knowledge of industry challenges such as regional regulations
