Lead the ideation and design of new product features, ensuring seamless user experiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user requirements into actionable designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and design of new product features from inception to delivery
- Create storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas to key stakeholders
- User and stakeholder research, gathering user feedback and integrating insights to refine design
- Work closely with the Head of Design, product team, and engineering team to translate user requirements into actionable designs that align with engineering feasibility and user needs
- Champion a user-centric mindset, ensuring designs prioritize user needs while balancing business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Experience creating with AI tools such as Figma
- Experience working with and designing for B2B software companies
- Strong appreciation of quality, attention to detail, and pride of craft
- Strong understanding of current design standards for modern devices and browsers
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
