Senior Product Designer (bi-lingual Portuguese/English)

Lead the design of new product features from inception to delivery, ensuring user experiences are seamless and intuitive. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to translate user requirements into actionable designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and design of new product features from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless user experiences and intuitive functionality.
• Create storyboards, user flows and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas to key stakeholders.
• User & stakeholder research, gathering user feedback and integrating insights to refine design.
• Work closely with the Head of design, product team and the broader engineering team to translate user requirements into actionable designs that align with engineering feasibility and user needs.
• Champion a user-centric mindset, ensuring designs prioritize user needs while balancing business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Experience creating with AI tools such as Cursor, Loveable, Replit or Figma Make.
• Experience working with and designing for B2B software companies.
• A strong appreciation of quality, attention to detail and pride of craft.
• Strong understanding of current design standards for modern devices and browsers.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, Java script.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
