UI/UX Designer Intern (Paid)
Pt Ukirama Solusi Indonesia • Special Capital Region of Jakarta, Indonesia 🇮🇩
The intern will support Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and SEO Digital Marketing teams in understanding project requirements and assist with user research and market trend analysis. They will also work closely with senior designers to learn about user-centered design principles and develop foundational design skills.
Responsibilities
- Support Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and SEO Digital Marketing teams in understanding project requirements
- Assist with preliminary user research and help analyze initial market trends
- Learn about current design trends and emerging best practices in UI/UX design
- Develop foundational skills in creating clear and user-friendly design concepts
- Practice creating basic design elements like simple wireframes and initial prototypes
- Work closely with senior designers to understand user-centered design principles
- Observe and learn about maintaining design consistency across visual elements
- Gain hands-on experience in identifying basic UX challenges and potential solutions
- Understand the concepts of usability testing and gathering feedback
- Communicate and present design ideas to internal designers and collaborative teams
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Information System, Visual Design, Interior Design, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Familiarity with design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop)
- Strong learning attitude and communication skills
- Portfolio of academic or personal design projects
- Willing to receive and implement feedback
- Eager to grow in UI/UX design field
