Lead Product Designer (m/w/d)

As the Lead Product Designer, you will own major product experiences and mentor junior designers while establishing design processes. You will translate complex workflows into user-centered journeys and ensure design quality across the team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead Designer and mentor and manage junior designers
• Provide structured feedback, coaching, and support to elevate team output
• Collaborate with the Head of Product to define design principles, processes, and standards
• Ensure design has a strong voice in product strategy and decision-making
• Lead end-to-end design for key product areas
• Facilitate discovery with PMs and translate insights into clear hypotheses and design decisions

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Product Design (SaaS, B2B, or workflow tools preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a lead role
• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX flows and interaction design
• Experience with multi-step or operational workflows and AI
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping practices
