Responsibilities
- Influence strategy for the product team and identify opportunities for impact
- Apply research methodology to empathize with customer challenges and develop an intimate knowledge of the problem being solved
- Leverage AI prototyping to explore conceptual ideas and iterate with cross-functional peers
- Craft high-fidelity user interfaces with flair at velocity
- Lead compelling vision initiatives for the team and domain
- Solve problems holistically with systems-thinking and ensure scalability
- Communicate persuasively and collaborate transparently
Requirements
- An individual contributor with an impressive portfolio of product design work
- Persuasive communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
- A systems thinker who champions holistic thinking and has a work history that demonstrates an ability to autonomously take ownership of design for complex domains and/or multiple projects
- Strong evidence of effective cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering counterparts
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions for industries like HRTech, FinTech
