Senior UX Designer (contract to hire)

The Senior UX Designer will define user flows, information architecture, and interaction models while managing a diverse range of work tasks and projects. They will ensure experiences are cohesive and grounded in real user needs.
Responsibilities
- Illustrate ideas and communicate findings effectively in presentations and client meetings
- Define user flows, information architecture, and interaction models, shaping systems of behavior across touchpoints
- Ensure experiences are cohesive, intentional, and grounded in real user needs
- Assess changing project requirements and client needs to make necessary trade-offs and/or adjustments
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working in product, experience, and/or service design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX leadership, collaborative exploration, and concept development
- Proficiency with industry standard design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma
