Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge the status quo, advocate for user's voice, and drive innovation
- Strategically balance and navigate the organizational objectives while also understanding the business and user context
- Design holistic user journeys, service blueprints with systemic awareness, addressing the interdependencies
- Create interactive UX prototypes, iterating based on feedback for alignment with user needs and business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Product Design, Service design or equivalent
- 6 years of experience as UX/Digital Product Designer handling user research and service design
- Hard Skills: Qualitative user research, Customer journeys/ service blueprints, UX requirements, UX architecture maps, and Interaction + visual layer
- Soft Skills: Curiosity, active listening, and engaging more deeply with problems, Ability to think in systems, deal with ambiguity and translating high complexity into experiential design statements
