The Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design of user journeys across web and app, ensuring a seamless and visually cohesive experience. They will collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine user flows and drive meaningful product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of user journeys across web and app
- Ensure the experience is seamless, fast, and visually cohesive
- Identify and prioritise UX improvements based on feedback and analytics
- Create and refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Maintain and evolve Flicks' design system for clarity and consistency
- Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life with precision and polish
- Partner with the product team to explore new ideas and define new features
Requirements
- Strong UX/UI design background (5+ years experience)
- Proficient in Figma
- Passion for film, design, and crafting great user experiences
- Thinks deeply about user needs and behaviours
- Skilled at turning abstract ideas and user insights into clear product flows
- Creative and analytical thinking, informed by data, feedback, and intuition
- Enthusiasm for working in a small, nimble team, testing, iterating, and improving constantly
