The Senior Product Designer will define how users interact with Sleek throughout their journey, focusing on improving onboarding and service experience. They will be responsible for enhancing usability and contributing to the design system.
Responsibilities
- Improve core usability and activation metrics
- Contribute to and enhance Sleek’s design system
- Champion a user-centered approach to design
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
- Proven track record of embodying Ownership, Humility, Structured Thinking, Data Driven, and Can Have Tough Conversations in a Positive Way attributes
- User-Centric, Tech + Services Savvy, Attention to Detail, Clear Communicator, and AI-Ready and Curious role-specific attributes
