The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end product design process, from user research to high-fidelity designs and post-launch improvements. They will design intuitive workflows for complex academic processes and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design process, from user research and discovery to high-fidelity designs and post-launch improvements
- Design clear and intuitive workflows for complex academic and research processes
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align user needs with business goals
- Use user research, usability testing, and data insights to validate and improve design decisions
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system across products and regions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS, B2C, or platform-based products
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and shipped products
- Hands-on expertise with Figma, including prototyping and design systems
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions
