Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution for complex product areas
- Drive product vision, partnering with Product Management and Engineering leadership
- Architect scalable solutions, designing holistic systems and workflows
- Elevate design quality & culture, acting as a bar-raiser for the team
- Scale the Design System, helping to architect and evolve the design language and component libraries
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant hands-on design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design (Product, Industrial, etc.)
- Master's degree in CS or HCI preferred
- An outstanding portfolio, showcasing work with a foundation in interaction and visual design, and idea generation
