The Sr. UX Designer will handle projects across multiple products and be accountable for the delivery and quality of the productās user experience. They will collaborate with the Product Management team to create solutions through user research, ideation, and design.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of users' experience through the suite of products
- Strategize with stakeholders to identify and understand the impact of potential problem spaces
- Collaboratively lead discovery with Product Management partners via mixed-methods research
- Explore solutions, creating artifacts such as user flows, experience maps, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Own workstreams from strategic planning through design hand-off, post-release testing, and research
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in commercial software and enterprise environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
- Excellent understanding of user experience research methodologies and design principles
- Proficiency in creating prototypes using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, etc.
