The Sr. UX Designer will develop a strong understanding of user experiences and collaborate with stakeholders to construct and test information architecture. They will also conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and promote product consistency.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of users' experience through the suite of products and explore the needs and motivations of target users
- Partner with stakeholders in identifying, constructing, and testing information architecture
- Bring product ideas to life with quick, well-reasoned wireframes, mockups, and coded prototypes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in a commercial software environment working on B2B enterprise software or SaaS products
- Well-versed in experimental design, research methodology, and statistical analysis
- Demonstrated experience with research methodologies such as user observation, user interview, usability testing, card sorts, persona development, user journeys and surveys
