Graphic Designer, Capital Markets

As a Graphic Designer, you will create compelling marketing materials for the Commercial Real Estate team, including extensive offering memorandums and dynamic marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with deal teams to visually present complex real estate concepts and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design and assemble comprehensive multi-page offering memorandums (30+ pages) featuring photography, aerials, floor plans, maps and financial data
• Collaborate with deal teams to transform verbal and written input into compelling graphic illustrations and presentations
• Manage multiple complex design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment
• Create dynamic email campaigns and digital marketing materials that align with JLL branding standards
• Research and implement current design trends and software innovations to keep JLL's marketing materials cutting-edge and competitive
• Provide design consultation and guidance to team members, taking initiative to support colleagues when additional help is needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on InDesign proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to design within established branding guidelines and maintain consistency across large-format publications
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Earth Pro
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to use tact and diplomacy in professional interactions
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities with proven capacity to handle multiple concurrent projects
