The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for generating innovative visual storytelling ideas and producing graphic art for various media outlets. They also supervise junior staff and ensure adherence to brand standards and quality monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Generates innovative visual storytelling ideas for special projects
- Remains abreast of technological advances in the field and identifies areas of use in the organization
- Manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs
- Routes files for approval and releases organized files to production management when approved
- Works with management to monitor quality, content, and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience required
- Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications
- Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders
