Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will produce high-quality visual designs for various media and collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives. You will manage multiple projects, generate conceptual ideas, and ensure alignment with branding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Produce various high-quality visual designs for print, soft goods, and all digital media including websites
• Collaborate with the marketing team and product department to understand project scope and objectives
• Work collaboratively in a creative team environment, contributing to the greater brand goals
• Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects from start to finish while balancing priorities and delivering on time
• Generate and present conceptual ideas to the Marketing Director and key stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Industrial Design is preferred
• Road bike or road racing knowledge is preferred
• Advanced user of Apple Mac systems and all prominent Adobe Suite graphics software
• Professional ability with illustration, layout, typography, and photo editing
• Knowledge of a wide variety of print specifications and printing processes
