Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will work across a variety of creative projects, including digital and print materials, while collaborating closely with the marketing team. They will be involved in the entire creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Working across a wide range of creative projects — digital, print, internal, and patient-facing — and doing it as part of a small and collaborative marketing team working with colleagues across the organization and select external partners
• Helping bring WHA's voice and values to life across channels and audiences
• Keeping the growing library of creative assets organized and usable, supporting consistency and efficiency across the organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (healthcare or mission-driven work a plus, but not required)
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop; video or motion experience a bonus)
• Comfort and willingness to work within Microsoft tools, such as PowerPoint and SharePoint, applying strong design principles thoughtfully in more constrained environments
