The UX Designer will be responsible for designing and optimizing the end-to-end user experience in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. This includes conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring alignment with design guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze user and business needs
- Conduct user studies and tests, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Create benchmarks and UX audits to identify best practices
- Promote user-centered design within teams
- Animate ideation and co-design workshops
- Define user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with UI Designers to ensure visual and ergonomic consistency
- Participate in Agile rituals and contribute to feature framing
- Identify critical UX points and propose concrete improvements
- Ensure global consistency with the Design System and guidelines
- Contribute to the design community to share best practices
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in UX Design, ideally on e-commerce projects
- Mastery of prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, etc.
- Knowledge of user research methods and ergonomic principles
- Sense of collaboration and ability to work in an Agile team
