Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Senior Living, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define a clear vision and refine it into high-fidelity designs. You will also be responsible for user-centered design research and ensuring designs are accessible and intuitive.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Senior Living
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a clear vision and bring it to life through prototypes and high-fidelity designs
• Develop design tools to guide the team through a user-centered design process
• Ensure designs are accessible, intuitive, and aligned with the existing design system patterns
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and maintain the intended user experience
• Communicate design rationale and user research insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Proficient in Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality designs and problem-solving ability
• Excited to work in a startup environment and take on multiple challenges, often simultaneously
• Willing and able to travel domestically for customer visits
