The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creative team, developing and overseeing strategies for brand-aligned campaigns while ensuring high-quality deliverables. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and present creative concepts to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee creative strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and messaging
- Create attention grabbing graphics for paid and organic campaigns on social media
- Work with video editors to create storyboards and supporting graphics for all videos
- Champion innovative ideas, pushing the boundaries of creativity while maintaining function over form
- Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet high-quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative solutions into broader campaigns
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, articulating the vision and value effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior graphic design, including art direction
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse campaigns and expertise in art direction
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) and an understanding of emerging creative tools
- Skills with Adobe After Effects are advantageous
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels
