The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team by producing visual content for digital and print media. Key tasks include asset creation, design support, and ensuring brand adherence.
Responsibilities
- Asset Creation: Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and marketing collateral like flyers and brochures
- Design Support: Assist senior designer with layout adjustments, typography selection, photo retouching, and color correction
- Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs follow established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across various platforms
- Project Maintenance: Organise and archive design files, update existing templates, and prepare final artwork for print or digital production
- Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve design solutions
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication or a related field
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is a standard requirement
- Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, color theory, and typography
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience, including internships or freelance work
- Language: Proficiency in English is a must
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management
Key Skills
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is a standard requirement
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or Premiere Pro is a plus
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, color theory, and typography
