The Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end product design for complex B2B and AI-driven workflows, collaborating closely with various teams. They will conduct user research and create intuitive designs that translate AI capabilities into user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design—from discovery and ideation to final execution
- Design intuitive B2B SaaS workflows, dashboards, and multi-step user journeys
- Translate AI-powered workflows and automation into simple, user-friendly experiences
- Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ship outcomes, not just screens
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights and data
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
- Participate in design critiques and contribute to product and UX strategy
- Clearly articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in Product Design / UX / UI Design
- Strong experience designing B2B SaaS products
- Proven ability to design complex workflows and systems-heavy interfaces
- Exposure to AI-driven products, automation tools, or intelligent workflows
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, design thinking, and impact
- Expert proficiency with Figma (mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of design outcomes
