The Senior Product Designer will lead a team of designers and oversee user research while directing design strategy in collaboration with product teams. They will ensure user experience consistency and provide recommendations for improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of UX/UI designers
- Supervise and participate in user research
- Lead the design strategy with product teams
- Analyze and provide feedback on tests
- Ensure consistency of user experience
- Make recommendations for improvement
- Design wireframe prototypes
- Create mockups
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the industry as a Product Designer
- Expertise in management
- Expertise in user research
- Expertise in design systems
- Expertise in animation of user tests
- Mastery of design interface tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe suite
- Ability to work in a team and in Agile mode
- Good English language skills
