You will own all UX/UI design responsibilities for B2B products and decide where research and testing efforts are best spent. You will engage with senior leadership and collaborate closely with product teams to ensure design efforts align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Own all UX/ UI design responsibilities and decide where and when research/testing efforts are best spent
- Identify opportunities to research user needs and test new solutions with users throughout the product lifecycle
- Engage with senior leadership and help craft the future vision for the product offering
- Partner closely with the product team, other designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design efforts align with business goals
- Frequently track and share work through all needed channels for team visibility
- Present designs and research outcomes with tangible next steps to project team members and senior leadership
Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in Product Design or UX/ UI Design
- Deep experience in a variety of design efforts
- Ability to quickly iterate through solutions
- Experienced with growing and maintaining flexible design systems, preferably using Figma
