The Senior UX & UI Designer will conduct user research, develop information architecture, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure visual design aligns with brand guidelines. They will also mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Develop and maintain a clear information architecture that optimizes the organization and accessibility of content and features
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
- Develop visually stunning, consistent, and responsive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and usability principles
- Establish and enforce design system governance principles, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices across all design work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or HND
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with user research techniques, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proven track record of designing successful digital products or applications
