The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end product design process, focusing on user research, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes tailored for KSA users. They will collaborate with product managers and developers to enhance the car buying and selling journey.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design process, from user research and discovery to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and validation to ensure designs align with customer needs and business objectives
- Create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces that optimize the car buying and selling experience
- Collaborate closely with product managers and Amman-based developers to ensure feasibility and smooth implementation
- Maintain and evolve Syarah's design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Stay up to date with UX/UI and product design trends, applying best practices to continuously improve the platform
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce or consumer-facing products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Solid experience in user research, usability testing, and prototyping
- Strong understanding of responsive design for web and mobile platforms
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
