The Graphic Designer will create eye-catching designs that tell Power Design’s story and strengthen the brand across various media. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, collaborating with teammates, and preparing files for production.
Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching designs that tell Power Design's story and strengthen the brand across digital, print, social, and external communications
- Adapt and evolve the visual style across various projects while staying true to the core brand identity
- Jump into brainstorming, concepting, and creative exploration, bringing multiple design options, ideas, and directions to the table
- Help research, plan, and design thoughtful creative solutions that support business goals and communication needs
- Manage multiple projects at once, shifting priorities as needed while still hitting deadlines
- Prepare files for print, production, and digital delivery so everything looks great and works as intended
- Partner with teammates and internal stakeholders, taking feedback in stride and using it to level up your work
- Design pieces that spotlight the teams, projects, campus events, jobsites, and company culture
- Help maintain a clean, accessible library of brand assets, templates, and graphics
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- A strong portfolio of work samples
- Solid skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- A good understanding of basic print production and how to prep files correctly
- A creative mindset with a willingness to explore, experiment, and iterate
- Comfort managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on campus
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team that values integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth
