- Own the end-to-end product design process and implementation for new product features
- Partner with engineering to review and ensure product updates meet design requirements
- Lead user and competitive research to inform product strategy
- Improve and maintain the current design system and brand
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Startup experience or demonstrated ability in large ownership and working autonomously
- Experience running user and competitive research independently
- Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
