Marketing Coordinator/ Graphic Designer

The Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer will work with the marketing team and project managers to prepare proposals and manage multiple concurrent activities. They will be responsible for the quality of marketing communications and ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing team, Project Managers, and others to prepare proposals
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals and activities
• Be responsible for the timely production and quality of marketing communications
• Evaluate technical content to verify that the Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and evaluation criteria are met
• Write and edit marketing proposal content
• Develop, layout, and coordinate graphics
• Find efficiencies to populate company data systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in either Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication or Journalism, or a closely related field, or combination of education and relevant experience
• 3+ years of related experience
• Experience including A/E industry experience preferred
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop is desired but not required
• Proven writing and editing ability
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and make independent decisions critical to job success
