Senior UX Designer

Lead and execute user experience design initiatives across multiple projects and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, engaging, and user-centered designs that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring user-centric solutions are delivered for our customers
- Work alongside the user-research team to help conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and business goals
- Advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to foster their professional growth
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in UX design to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, particularly within the financial services sector
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Axure, Figma, or similar
- Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
