Founding Product Designer

As the Founding Product Designer, you will establish the design system and brand identity while creating high-fidelity interfaces. You will also conduct user research and collaborate with founders and engineers to shape the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Establish the foundation of the design system
- Build and maintain the visual language, tone, and voice across the product and marketing assets
- Create intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces
- Enable growth through design of high-impact marketing materials and visual assets
- Conduct research and usability testing to validate designs
- Work closely with founders and engineers to shape the product roadmap
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design
- Figma expertise
- Experience building or contributing to robust design systems
- Product thinking and understanding of enterprise scalability
- Attention to detail and ability to balance user needs with business goals
