Senior UX Product Designer

The Senior UX Product Designer will deliver user-centered design solutions for digital tools aimed at increasing agent efficiency and satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver user-centered design solutions to create best-in-class digital tools for power users
- Work in an agile environment, attending daily agile ceremonies with the aligned team
- Dig deep into user problems, understanding complex product requirements and untangling interaction design problems
- Continuously seek and integrate user feedback, participating in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing
- Coordinate across multiple projects and workstreams, collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless experience for the user
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a related field
- Experience using methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup
- Familiarity with core disciplines, with demonstrated expertise in at least two and familiarity with two others: visual design, UX design, prototyping, front-end development, user research and/or experiment design
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to present projects and status reports to senior management
- Strong organization and analytic thinking skills, with ability to translate moderately complex content into user scenarios, flows and diagrams
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
