You will lead the design of mobile and web applications, focusing on subscription growth and user retention. This involves turning broadly defined concepts into polished, user-centric features.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on end-to-end user journeys for mobile and web platforms, prioritizing growth-centric features and subscription funnels
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex user needs and business goals into high-fidelity prototypes and interfaces
- Maintain and evolve the internal design system while ensuring all designs meet high standards for accessibility and visual excellence
Requirements
- Extensive experience in mobile and web product design, specifically within subscription-based models or B2C growth-stage tech companies
- A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design, visual craft, and the ability to move from ambiguity to clear, tactical solutions
- Proficiency in Figma and experienced in using data and user research to justify design decisions and measure post-launch success
