As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design process for a platform focused on global hiring and recruitment. You will collaborate with teams to create user-centric experiences that scale globally.

- Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma and a deep understanding of design systems and components.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
