As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design process from research to delivery, focusing on creating user experiences that enhance safety and trust in the marketplace. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key decisions and optimize financial outcomes while ensuring a stellar user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead every stage of the design processâfrom research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery of high-fidelity designs
- Work closely with data analytics partners to shape UX questions and leverage insights to inform design decisions
- Take full ownership of your work and bring a proactive, self-driven mindset to solving complex problems
- Design impactful solutions that reduce complexity, eliminate design debt, and raise the bar for craft and polish
Requirements
- Exceptional interaction and visual design skills
- 8+ years of experience designing consumer mobile products
- Experience designing for various forms of testingâqualitative, quantitative, and multivariate
- Data-informed mindset with a track record of using insights to elevate design quality
