Conversational UX Designer (m/f/d)

The Conversational UX Designer will conduct user research and design multimodal interaction flows to enhance user experiences across various interfaces. They will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure intuitive and user-centered interactions while evaluating usability through testing.
Responsibilities
- Conducting user research to understand how users interact across multiple modalities
- Designing multimodal interaction flows that define how users seamlessly transition between modes
- Defining the visual, spoken, and behavioral elements of the experience, ensuring each modality complements the others
- Conducting multimodal usability tests to evaluate cross-channel continuity, clarity of system responses, interaction efficiency, and identify friction points
- Collaborating with product managers, development leads, UX designers, UX researchers, documentation and localisation other stakeholders to translate insights into cohesive multimodal experiences
Requirements
- BSc in Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI or other relevant field
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in the field
- Experience in working within a B2B context and a background in healthcare are a plus
- Working proficiency in German and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
