As Lead Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end video creation experience and drive high fidelity designs. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver innovative features and champion AI-first thinking.
Responsibilities
- Elevate design craft: Set a high bar for interaction, visual, and motion design
- Own the end-to-end creation experience: Lead design for recording, generation, and editing
- Prototype and ship innovation: Partner with the NextGen pod to rapidly explore, validate, and graduate breakthrough ideas
- Lead with user and business impact: Use research and data to identify friction points, reduce barriers to recording, and increase shareability and engagement
- Mentor and inspire: Grow the design teamâs skills, foster a culture of experimentation, and scale learnings across teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in Product Design
- Led product design for complex, user-facing products ideally in video, AI, or productivity tools
- Set and uphold a high bar for craft in interaction, visual, and motion design
- Track record of shipping innovative, user-centered solutions in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to inspire teams and influence at all levels
