The Lead AI Product Designer will drive key design initiatives for Confluence AI, focusing on creating seamless, intelligent experiences. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance AI and collaboration experiences at Atlassian.
Responsibilities
- Design foundational AI patterns with a focus on visual systems, design languages, and brand direction
- Partner with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create a unified view of AI capabilities
- Lead design projects from creation to execution, sweating every detail
- Identify success metrics and opportunities to enhance products and accelerate AI and collaboration experiences
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Proven track record of designing high-quality, consumer-grade mobile experiences
- High level of craft for visual design execution
- Experience in AI products across Search, Chat, and Agents
